By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. All site materials, templates and recordings are protected by copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use our course materials for your own PTE preparation. You may not copy, resell, publicly display, share with non-students, decompile or mirror the materials, or remove proprietary notices.

Course fees are payable in full before the first session unless a written instalment arrangement is agreed. Nepali students may pay via eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer in NPR; international students may pay in AUD by bank transfer or card link. Prices shown in NPR are indicative and may be adjusted to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.

A full refund is available if you cancel before your first session. During the first week of a package, refunds are pro-rated against unused sessions. After the first week, fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, and no-shows, count as a used session because the slot is reserved for you. If we need to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative slot or a credited session.

We provide coaching, materials and honest feedback. We do not guarantee any particular PTE score, exam outcome, visa result or admission decision, all of which depend on factors outside our control.

Materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of data, profit or opportunity arising from use of this site or our materials.

Materials may contain errors and may change without notice. Third-party services linked from this site, including the AlfaPTE Portal and WhatsApp, are governed by their own terms; we do not control and do not endorse their content.
