What does a course cost?

One-on-one coaching runs from $95 AUD (NPR 10,100) for a week to $350 AUD (NPR 38,100) for a month. Group sessions start at $45 AUD (NPR 4,900). Every tier includes portal access, unlimited feedback and mock evaluations.

What are the class timings?

Classes are scheduled around your time zone, including early-morning and late-evening slots for students already in Australia. One-on-one sessions are booked session by session, so you can move a class when work or college gets in the way.

Do I get mock tests, and are they evaluated?

Yes. Full-length scored mocks are included through the AlfaPTE Portal, and your instructor reviews the report with you — not just the number, but the exact items that pulled your score down.

Can I book a free demo before paying?

Absolutely. The free demo is a real teaching session, not a sales call. You will see the templates, the scoring logic and how feedback is delivered before you commit.

What is included with AlfaPTE Portal access?

Question banks for all twenty task types, AI-scored practice, sectional tests and full mocks. Access stays live for the full duration of your package.

I already took the PTE and missed my target. Can you help?

That is most of our student base. We start with a diagnostic against your scorecard, identify whether the gap is content, fluency or a technical scoring criterion, and rebuild only what needs rebuilding.

Do you guarantee a 79+ score?

No honest tutor can guarantee a score. What we guarantee is a diagnosed plan, tested templates, and honest feedback. Students who complete the plan and the practice load overwhelmingly hit their target.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes — give us at least 12 hours' notice and we move the session at no cost. Late cancellations count as a used session, since the slot is held for you.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel before the first session. After that, refunds are pro-rated on unused sessions for the first week of a package. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.

How do I pay from Nepal or Australia?

Nepali students can pay by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer in NPR. Students abroad can pay in AUD by bank transfer or card link. You receive a receipt for every payment.

What support do I get between sessions?
